SCHEDULES All times in the timetable are local. Times published in other editions or printed materials of any nature are not guaranteed and do not form a part of the contract of carriage. HEMUS AIR will not be liable for errors or omissions in the above publications. Schedules are subject to change without notice. 2. RESERVATIONS You are requested to book Your flight well in advance through any of the HEMUS AIR Bulgarian offices listed in the "Contact Us" part. Should you want to change Your travel plans, please let us know in time so that we can make seats available again. In case of a no-show, HEMUS AIR reserves the right to cancel all connecting and return bookings. The time limit for reconfirmation on a HEMUS AIR European international flight is 48 hours prior to departure. Failure to comply with it will result in cancellation of the reservation. 3. TICKETING TIME LIMITS Please, enquire about the time limits for purchase or validation of Your ticket at the HEMUS AIR offices, otherwise Your reservation will be cancelled. 4. STOPOVER You may break Your journey at a scheduled stop of connecting point provided You should give notice to this effect when you make the reservation or when purchasing Your ticket. 5. VALIDITY AND REFUND A ticket issued at a normal fare is valid one year from the date of commencement of flight or, if no portion of ticket is used, from the date of issue thereof. A ticket issued at other than the normal fare involves restricted booking and validity conditions with little or no refunds in the event of change or cancellation. Claims for refund of unused tickets on international services are to be submitted in writing to the Carrier not later than 30 days after the date of expiration of ticket's validity. 6. AIR FARES All fares and rates are subject to change at any time without notice. There are various discounts applicable under certain conditions such as: infants – up to 2 years of age (80%), children – from 2 to 12 (33%), young people, students, group travels. Any HEMUS AIR office will gladly furnish You with detailed information before You buy Your ticket. Carriage of unaccompanied children is subject to special regulations. 7. YOUR BAGGAGE 7.1 FREE baggage allowance: For international travels on HEMUS AIR sectors the free baggage allowance in Economy class is 20 kg. on all destinations except on Larnaca and Tripoli - 25 kg.; on Dubai - 30 kg. In addition to the free checked baggage, adults and children over 2 years may carry one piece of hand baggage not heavier than 5 kg. with dimensions not exceeding 100 cm. For infants and children less than 2 years there is 10-kg free baggage allowance, except infant's carrying basket and baby food for the flight. 7.2 ADDITIONAL FREE baggage items On all international flights the following objects may be taken free of charge as additional hand baggage: a lady's hand bag or pocket book, an overcoat or wrap, an umbrella or a walking stick, a small camera, a pair of binoculars, a reasonable amount of reading materials, a fully collapsible wheelchair and/or a pair of crutches. These articles are carried under the care and responsibility of the passenger. 7.3 EXCESS BAGGAGE Baggage exceeding the free allowance may be transported as excess baggage; the charge is 1% of the one-way normal F-class fare per kg. for travels originating in Bulgaria. Baggage can be transported also as unaccompanied baggage (cargo) at a cargo rates. Baggage shipped as cargo is subject to the conditions for freight transportation. Please contact any Hemus Air Cargo Agent for exact details. 8. BAGGAGE AND YOUR SAFETY For Your personal safety and fly security do not accept for carriage articles which are not Your own. Special regulations apply to the transport of animals, weapons and dangerous goods (firearms; compressed gases; aerosol sprays; oxygen bottles; explosives fireworks; ammunition; flammable solid and liquids; benzene, alcohol; strike anywhere matches; corrosive substances; oxidizing and radioactive materials; poisons and tear gases; mercury and magnetized materials), medicines and toilet articles for use during the journey are excluded from these restrictions. Matches and lighters may be transported in the cabin only. Please, place the following articles in Your baggage which will be carried in the luggage compartment of airplane: all types of knives and scissors, nail files and other sharp articles, toys resembling weapons and articles that can be used as offensive. You are requested not to use a transistor radio on board of Your flight, as it may affect flight instruments. 9. AIRPORT REGISTRATION You are kindly requested to arrive at check-in location of airport at least one hour prior to the scheduled departure. This is necessary for the timely completion of different formalities related to Your journey. When travel begins from an airport in Bulgaria, the check-in deadline is 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. In case You report after the latest check-in time HEMUS AIR cannot guarantee Your check-in and embarkation and will not be liable for the negative results of Your delay. 10. DOCUMENTS Incomplete documents or non-compliance with entry or exit regulations may have unpleasant consequences to you (refusal of entry/check-in for flight and fines). We recommend a consultation with your travell agent, embassies, consulates of the countries concerned. Please ensure personally that these documents are in order because you alone are responsible for the consequences of any irreqularity.
