Flights Operated By Our Franchisees
On some services we have arrangements with other airlines called franchisees who will operate the aircraft on which you will travel using our name, livery and the Hemus Air airline designator code. Flights operated by our franchisees are governed by the franchisees' Conditions of Carriage which are almost identical to ours. You can find details of these Conditions of Carriage on the relevant franchisee's web site or by obtaining them direct from the franchisee.
